The journey of Patel Group of Institutions began in 2002 by establishing its first college at Bhopal. The vision of the PGOI is to emerge as a “Centre of Excellence” in technical and professional education. The PGOI, Bhopal is located at Ratibad on a lush green 100 acres land. To ensure that students are provided state of the art knowledge, skill and hands on experience, all the colleges at Bhopal have large lecture and seminar halls, equipped with latest electronic multimedia for better pedagogy. There is a spacious air cooled auditorium with a capacity of 1500, for conducting seminars and various cultural activities. For practical's and hands on practice each college has separate Physics, Chemistry Labs, Mechanics, Mechanical workshop with Machine shop, Carpentry, Welding, Foundry and Forging units, IC engines and automobile, Applied Mechanics, Heat and Mass transfer, Civil Engineering Labs, Electrical labs, Electronics and Communication, Instrumentation, and Micro-processor, Language Lab. Pharmacy College has its own test Laboratory, Medicine Manufacturing Plant and Medicinal Plant Garden. Similarly, College of Education is equipped with basic scientific and other equipment for training of students pursuing B.Ed. course.
